Polycarbonate H profiles are designed to join and extend sheets of the same thickness. Their structure, with a central channel and four side flanges, ensures a stable, precise connection.

U profiles, on the other hand, play a vital protective role: they close off the sheet flutes, keeping out moisture, dust and insects and so preserving transparency and performance over time.

Sealing washers ensure reliable fixing to the structure. Their stem, calibrated to the sheet thickness, provides effective anchoring with no risk of damage and prevents deformation when tightening. Fixing screws are not included: you can easily buy them at any hardware store, choosing the ones best suited to your structure.

Finally, aluminium tape is applied over the flutes before fitting the U profile, helping to improve the sheet's insulation and protection.
