THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (IN BELOW AS GENERAL CONDITIONS ) GOVERNING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF PRODUCTS SOLD (IN BELOW AS PRODUCT ) FROM Impiria SRL RELATING TO THE SITE AND DECOR- ITALY.COM ( AS SHOWN BELOW Impiria SRL ( DECOR- ITALY.COM ) ) .
ALL CONTRACTS FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS BY Impiria SRL ( DECOR- ITALY.COM ) TO THIRD PARTIES (THE " CUSTOMER ") ARE GOVERNED BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS , WHICH ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF ANY SUBSTANTIAL AND PROPOSED ORDER AND ORDER CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE OF THESE PRODUCTS .

Unless otherwise stated, the prices of the products published by Impiria SRL ( DECOR- ITALY.COM ) are inclusive of VAT . The prices of products from time to time published by Impiria SRL ( DECOR- ITALY.COM ) supersede previous prices and are subject to availability of products . Impiria S.R.L. ( DECOR- ITALY.COM ) reserves the right to confirm or change the prices of the products published on its website at the time of confirmation of the customer .

The products are not supplied on a trial . Despite Impiria S.R.L. ( DECOR- ITALY.COM ) can provide information on the characteristics of the products, the customer is responsible for the selection of the products ordered . Products pictures are indicative and not binding. The measures and specifications of the products may differ from the description .

No service or replacement is provided in connection with any product received tribute from Impiria SRL ( DECOR- ITALY.COM ) .

Cash on delivery involves a fee of 15.00 €.
If you choose to pay cash on delivery , order placed will be paid only at the time of delivery by courier. Warning : courier ONLY accept cash ( no checks will not be accepted payments through credit cards / debit cards) .

In case of purchase of goods with credit card payment , together with the completion of the online transaction , the bank of reference shall authorize only the amount of your purchase.

The amount relating to the delivered goods will be charged to the credit card of the customer at the time of the actual fulfillment of the goods ordered .

PayPal
In the case of purchase of goods with payment through PayPal ( payment system quickly and safely eBay ) , the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site where you can complete your order and make payment by logging into your account ( by entering the address personal e-mail and password) or creating a new account in an easy and immediate .

Acceptance of orders

The order by Impiria SRL ( DECOR- ITALY.COM ) , equivalent to confirmation and acceptance of the same . Impiria S.R.L. ( DECOR- ITALY.COM ) reserves the right not to accept orders that are incomplete , not properly completed . In case of failure to execute the order by Impiria SRL ( DECOR- ITALY.COM ) (if the same is due to unavailability of the products ordered by the customer ) Impiria SRL ( DECOR- ITALY.COM ) shall as soon as possible to inform the Client, refund amounts, if already paid to the provision has not performed. In this case the customer is not entitled to any reimbursement or indemnity or compensation.

 Delivery methods
Deliveries are normally made by courier throughout Italy.
Shipping costs vary between € 20 and € 49.90 € depending on the volumetric weight of the order.

The payment of the goods by the customer will be using the method chosen when ordering . No fees or commission is due to Impiria .
Warranty and Service
